Subscriber Acquisition

• Lead the sales team in achieving targets related to growing the company’s subscriber base (account opening/registration of mobile money accounts)
• Develops and manages sales team through constant training, proper deployment, field audits, performance monitoring, business reviews, and collaboration with other cross-functional units
• Generation and collation of complete and accurate reports on all job activity in the area

Area Management

• Execution of special projects aside from regular sales operations.
• Logistics and planning of deployment areas and resource allocation
• Responsible for deployment, care, and safekeeping of company assets in the area including merchandising materials, remittances, documents, computers and other tools of work

Business Development and maintenance

• Constant monitoring of subscriber base and their growth needs and updating of methods of engagement
• Added an on-ground representative channel for subscribers, partners, and prospects

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
• Capable of leading a large team.
• Good business acumen. Knowledge of quantitative management.
• Willing to work in the field. Experience in field sales is a plus.
• Tech-savvy especially with regards to a telco, digital, and mobile.
• Above average MS Excel knowledge
• Good social skills
