Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases;

Maintain accurate records of purchases amd pricing;

Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers;

Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data;

Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options;

Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

Generate PO, SRFs, RR and other related documents

Buy urgent items when the need arises

Processing of liquidation and consolidation of receipts; filing of records

Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering related course (Industrial or Civil Engineer)
With at least 2 years experience in Procurement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgable in MS Office
Experinced in using Aries is a Plus
