- 201 File Management
- ID Creation for New Hires
- Scheduling and inviting new hires for the upcoming NEO
- Routing of exit clearance
- Assist in the employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support for HR and the production
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Assist and help in the implementation for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Prepare reports for senior management
- May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- Has worked in the Construction industry (preferably).
- At least 2 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience as an HR Admin Asst. or HR Generalist.
- Knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on different recruitment platforms or other social media sites.
- Has experience handling other facets of HR is a plus.
