- Monitor and maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of financial systems and applications.
- Implement and manage observability tools, including monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system failures, and other reliability issues.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and outages quickly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain incident response procedures and documentation.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure continuous improvement based on learnings.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for deployment, monitoring, and management of systems.
- Analyze system performance and capacity requirements to ensure scalability and growth.
- Plan and implement capacity upgrades and scaling strategies to meet business needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in a growth-related role, preferably within the financial technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of managing complex projects and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.
