Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Strategic Partner Acquisition & Negotiation:

Identify, acquire, and lead negotiations with strategic partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deals align with OY!’s goals and objectives.
2. Partnership Performance Management
-
Oversee the performance of partnerships on a daily basis, ensuring OKR are met and optimized.

Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships that support business expansion and product enhancement.
3. Annual Partnership Planning
-
Assist in the development of the partnership’s annual plan on a quarterly basis, working with Product, Business Development, and BD Strategy teams to align with OY!’s product roadmap.
4. Revenue Optimization & Cost Efficiency
-
Focus on optimizing cost efficiency in partnership operations, including cost of funds, cost of money movement, and cost of goods & services.

Own performance targets, ensuring continuous improvement in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and gross profit.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation

Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and implement risk mitigation strategies for each partnership.
6. Integration & Development Process

Lead the integration process between OY! and partners, ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and product compatibility align with business goals.
7. Collaborative Product Development

Collaborate with internal teams to design initiatives with partners that drive product success and ensure the alignment of business strategies.
8. Issue Resolution & Process Optimization
-
Act as the primary point of contact for partnership issues, escalating as necessary, and work on continuous improvements in workflow, procedures, and internal processes.
9. Periodic Performance Evaluation
-
Conduct regular evaluations of partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring continuous improvements in SLAs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the fintech or payments infrastructure industry.
- Strong track record in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in financial products and services, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech space.
- Experience with cost optimization and performance target management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Development, Operations).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate partnership effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or related field.
