- Analyzing the specific needs of clients in the banking and payments industry and designing comprehensive IT solutions, including secure payment gateways, mobile banking applications, and fraud prevention systems.
- Defining detailed technical architectures for POS systems and payment processing platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards (e.g., PCI DSS), and industry best practices.
- Creating architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps to guide development and implementation.
- Evaluating and recommending technologies and platforms relevant to the financial sector, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborating with product and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the financial technology space, including advancements in areas such as mobile payments, blockchain, and AI.
- Conducting workshops with clients to gather requirements, presenting solution proposals to stakeholders, and providing technical guidance on system integration and deployment.
- Acting as a technical pre-sales consultant, creating compelling technical proposals and presentations, and supporting sales efforts by showcasing the value of proposed solutions to potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional services or product enhancements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Extensive experience in IT solution architecture, specializing in banking, payment processing, and POS systems.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Deep knowledge of product development within the financial technology sector and a strong understanding of market opportunities.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, application architecture, system integration, data consistency, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including pre-sales activities, with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
