UI/UX Designer  

About the position:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. As such you report to our Product Manager and are primarily tasked with creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, brand guidelines, as well as user feedback. Designing UI elements such as navigational components & informational components, identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), as well as collaborating effectively with our engineers and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new designs
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Conduct an ongoing user research

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• Detail oriented
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Portfolio of design projects
