Job Description
Resposible for the provision of corporate legal services and satisfaction of the legal needs of the company thru proper and efficient handling of it's legal problems/cases and the rendering of legal advises/opinions to the company's various departments of divisions; provides assistance/support to the Senior Manager / AVP, Legal Affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:

(i) Drafting and review of contracts and legal documents involving various types of business and commercial transactions
(iii) Rendering advice on labor and employment concerns
(iii) Ensuring compliance with reportorial requirements of relevant government agencies, such as SEC, PEZA and BIR
(iv) Assisting in the handling and management of cases, including overseeing and monitoring of externally-handled cases
(v) Providing other legal support in relation to the day-to-day operations of the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws
- Licensed to practice law in the Philippines and must be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in good standing.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience gained either a reputable law firm or in-house legal environment.
- Preferably with high knowledge & experience in the field of Corporate Laws / proceedings, Labor Laws & standards, court litigation etc.
- Willing to travel for work
