- Conduct thorough market research to identify and visit areas to secure new properties for the company to market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and other outreach methods.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
- Negotiate with prospective property owners about the advantages of the services being offered and follow up with them in order to secure properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Work closely with the Leasing team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing within the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing commercial property clients (landlords, tenants, investors, and developers).
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, property sales, and real estate investment strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to structure complex real estate transactions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
