Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prospect for new seller/s by networking, cold calling, advertising, roaming around to the designated areas and other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Determine risks and potentials of the seller's property and know his / her needs and goals and determine whether the subject property is a mutual fit.
  • Draft and submit business proposals to developers or land owners.
  • Schedule a meeting with developers or land owners to come up with a mutual agreement which will be embedded in the marketing arm agreement.
  • Prepare and discuss weekly reports on the status of the assigned task such as solicitation, negotiation and other tasks assigned to him.
  • Create or improve the marketing plan employed by the company by studying the current situation of the market and suggests negotiating strategies for the acquired property listings.
  • Work collaboratively with sales department in improving sales process by suggesting new sales strategies and determining the areas in the sales process that need improvement if the needs arise.
  • Render intense follow up on prospective and interested clients that may avail our services through emails, phone calls, meetings and other means necessary.
  • Collaborate with research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories, area and property type that the company seeks to acquire.
  • Assists the Client's Experience Specialist in gathering and consolidating client's feedback after sales service, if the needs arise.
  • Perform strategic functions and create development pipelines for the current and future plans of the company.
  • Resolve hard negotiation issues and other issues that might arise between landlords and buyers.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics or any related course
  • Those who have attained a Master’s Degree in either Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics or any related course have an advantage
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the same/similar position and preferably with the same industry (real estate)
  • Those who have background in market research have an advantage
  • Must be very proactive, with minimum to no supervision at all.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and managerial skills
  • We are looking for those with strong negotiation skills
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and leadership skills
  • We put high value in someone who has integrity, honesty, and strong values intact
  • Branch Office: Davao City

    Screening/Initial Interviews for Davao Office will be through the phone.
