Human Centered Design manages and responsible for plays an active role in the interface and improving the customer experience from Channel and Payment Solutions that are in accordance with customer / market needs as well as the development of digital technology, security and completeness of basic functions and periodic evaluations by considering customer satisfaction other performance indicators.

Requirement for UI/UX Designer

1. S1 / S2 Majored in Computer Science, Informatics Management or Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or relevant.
2. Min 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the Industry, evidenced by a portfolio.
3. Have the ability to use to create user flows, wireframes and prototypes (Figma).
4. Understand Photoshop and Illustrators, Original Graphic Design and Certifications such as Nelson Nourman and Human Computer Interaction.
5. Have UX Writing capabilities.

6. No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.

7. High initiative and able to work under pressure.

Requirement for UX Researcher

1. S1/S2 majored in Psychology, Computer, Informatics Management or Human Computer Interaction or relevant.

2. Minimum 2 years experience as UI Research, Product, and Market Research,

3. Have passion and enthusiasm about data mining & data analytics.

4. Have a strong understanding of customer behavior and research methods.

5. Be detail-oriented and work on solving problems quickly.

6. No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.

7. High initiative and able to work under pressure.
