- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of banking processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications for IT and development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), process flow diagrams, and use cases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic banking initiatives.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor project progress and address any emerging challenges.
- Validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for system improvements and enhancements, including post-implementation reviews.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Understand of banking products (business flow, parameter) and capture missing detail requirement
- Must be able to lead and manage team (squad)
- Organize workshop schedule
- Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking sector, such as Basel III, AML, or KYC requirements.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, or other business analysis and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
