- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Create detailed technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and user manuals for automated processes.
- Assist in the design of process automation architecture and the implementation of best practices for RPA development.
- Troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of existing RPA solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainability.
- Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Maintain and support automated workflows, identifying issues and applying necessary fixes or updates.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in RPA development, with hands-on experience in at least one RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
- Strong experience in developing, testing, and deploying automations using RPA platforms like UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with process analysis and process flow mapping to understand and transform business workflows into automated solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize RPA bots to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
