Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular checks, analysis, and follow-ups on end-user devices to ensure compliance IT standards and cybersecurity measures.
- Perform installation, updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and standardization based on checklists.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance 3 times a year or as needed for major incidents and special requests.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports: 12 reports annually for regular tasks and 3 reports for preventive/corrective actions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- 3 - 4 of experience as IT Support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in IT infrastructure, networks, and security.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current technologies.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia (Banking Industry).
