- Oversee and oversee brand strategy to enhance the company’s image and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and digital marketing, to align brand objectives with business goals.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively to optimize marketing performance.
- Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead rebranding projects or new product launches to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including advertising agencies and media partners.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the marketing team, driving professional growth and productivity.
- Report regularly to senior management on brand performance, marketing ROI, and strategy numbers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing
- Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and strategy.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
- Results-oriented and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
