HR Specialist  

Gositus is a leading digital agency specializing in website and mobile app development. We collaborate with businesses to create innovative digital solutions, and we’re looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to help us grow our team with top talent.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on the right platforms to attract the best candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure quality hires.
  • Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. Psikotest, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
  • Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
• HR Operations:
  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns effectively.
  • Enhance employer branding and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Strengthen company culture, ensuring high job satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in managing payroll, benefits, and employee incentives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and hiring processes.
• Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: psikotest, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
• Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and attract top talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for building and maintaining a positive company culture.
• Experience in a digital agency, IT company, or tech-related environment is a plus.
