Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Identify and develop initiatives of process improvement and aligning with company strategy
- Maintain standard requirement compliance by ISO, customer requirement, and internal audit
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirement :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (program management and governance, implementation plans, project management)
- Good project management skills and utilization of advanced project management techniques (planning, activity breakdowns, progress control)
- Proven track record with project management & control, with special regard to Operational transformation programs and other similar cross-functional programs
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, LEAN Green or Black Belt. Quantitative analysis tools and software (e.g. MS Excel)
- Budgeting processes, financial and auditing basics
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001
- Proficiency in English
