Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting skin microbiome education to Nusantics Hub customers
- Conducting Biome Scan interview process to customers
- Coordinating Biome Scan process to Research Analyst and Customer Relationship Assistant to make sure excellent customer’s experience
- Ensuring accurate and correct consumer data to be inputted into the system
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customers or operational issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Senior High School graduate, Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in Beauty, Wellness/Health industry
- Demonstrates excellent communications and organizations skills
