Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of full stack applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Extensive experience in full stack development including mobile, front-end, and back-end technologies.
- Fluency in ReactJS and React Native for developing web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in either Django or ODOO frameworks for backend development.
- Strong skills in database management, including designing, implementing, and maintaining databases.
- Expertise in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
