System Analyst  

Work with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the design aligns with requirements, utilizing knowledge of backend and frontend frameworks to support smooth development workflows.

Develop and maintain efficient databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing database queries using SQL or relevant database management tools.

Coordinate and conduct system testing, identifying and documenting any issues to ensure the system meets quality and functionality standards.

Prepare detailed system documentation, including process workflows and functional specifications, and provide regular progress reports to management.

2-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a proven ability to analyze, design, and implement software systems effectively.

Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Proficient in SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for data analysis and database management.

Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java Spring Boot, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is preferred for understanding system requirements and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.
