- Responsible for providing appropriate and effective solutions in accordance with goals and objectives
- Responsible as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions
- Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions
- Collaborate with the Application Development team to provide appropriate and complete solutions
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements to business processes
- Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases
- Support UAT, training and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation
- Identify potential risks that occur and proactively inform stakeholders
- Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Work with all project members
- Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) & sign-off, Business Case Document and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Min. 4 years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Have an excellent leadership skill
- Root cause analysis from strategic, business and system perspectives and decision making.
- Commitment to achieving end results.
- Oral and written communication
- Interpersonal skills & negotiation.
- Open-minded, critical, dynamic and proactive
- Have a good Project Management
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept
- Experience in Solution Design
- Experience in Risk Mitigation related to application development and implementation projects
