- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Golang-based applications.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement concurrent and multi-threaded processing in Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and frontend developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Stay up to date with Golang trends, cloud platforms, and fintech innovations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have 3-4 years of experience, Proficiency in Golang and its frameworks (Gin, Echo, Fiber, etc.).
- Experience with Microservices Architecture & REST APIs.
- Database Knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Cloud Platforms (Preferred): AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Messaging & Streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC (Preferred).
- Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
- Experience in gRPC, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of API gateways, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.
- Familiarity with Banking & Financial Systems Security Compliance.
- Experience with Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban).
