Senior Technical Project Manager  

• Act as the forefront liaison between clients and Sandman’s team members
• Lead all aspects of project delivery, including resourcing, creating project plans, controlling scope and deliverables, and raising change requests when needed
• Foster better professional relationships with the client and the team to ensure we deliver the value expected of each engagement
• Maintain detailed status and project reports on each project to present to client and internal stakeholders
• Conduct training for the use of Sandman’s top software for both mobile and web applications
• Establish, improve, and maintain detailed data integrity procedures to ensure data quality on projects

• A graduate of any business, math, information technology or science-related course
• 4+ years of experience in managing software development projects
• Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
• A plus if you have working knowledge of a programming language (SQL) or any Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) would be an advantage
• Familiarity or exposure to computer systems or software development is also a plus
• Exceptional English communication skills
