Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the work of Driver Care team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
- Document processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
- Achieve qualitative, monitoring & scoring goals as established
- Provide reports related to the quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Provide training for Agent to Improve quality and performance
- Assist operational monitoring in all regions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Min. 1-2 years experience as QA or Team Lead within CS Area
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical & problem solving skill
- Can operate MS Office / Google Docs
