- To assess and recruit candidates for the company's manpower requirements;
- To administer and perform compensation management related tasks;
- To ensure compliance with labor regulations;
- To administer disciplinary actions;
- To administer health and safety protocols and procedures and related administrative tasks;
- To address and manage any HR-related problems that may come up or may be raised by employees; and,
- To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a graduate of BS/AB Psychology, BS Industrial Relations, BS Management or Behavioral Science, BS Human Resource Management.
- Looking for a Generalist that has end to end HR experience
- Has at least 5 years to 10 years overall experience in HR
- With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in pioneering an HR department
- Related certifications or a post graduate degree is a plus.
