- Coordinate and manage tasks and statuses to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery.
- Lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders, including US clients.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics to measure program success and support strategic resource planning.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a project coordinator or in account/project management roles.
- Has experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills (Written and Oral).
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable liaising with international stakeholders (US).
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
- Has strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
- Experienced in liaising and presenting to US-based clients is preferred.
- Amenable to work following the US Shift (8PM-5AM PHT) on a hybrid work set-up (2x a week onsite)
- Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
