Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. He is also responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance;
- Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the building. He is also responsible for the smooth operations of technical facilities;
- Maintains cordial and friendly relations with building tenants and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously;
- Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of building equipment and facilities;
- Investigates incident reports of damage or loss to building or equipment and initiates required repair in coordination with all concerned groups;
- Monitors, records and evaluates operating variables such as utility charges, electric and water meter readings, air-conditioning, service contractors' coverage and recommends budget realignments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/ college degree, professional license (passed board/ bar/ professional license exam) in Engineering or equivalent (preferably electrical engineer);
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Applicants must be willing to work in BGC;
- Can start ASAP;
- Willing to work Mondays-Fridays 11am-8pm, Saturday 8am-12noon.
