Division Manager - Retail  

General Description of Responsibilities:

• Deliver the committed sales volume and manages TOMS brand
• Ensures sustained profitable growth in revenues with well conceived sales
• Organize and manage an effective sales team that includes Store Leads and a
• Sets the sales targets and objectives in coordination with GM; develops sales strategies and effective implementation of marketing plans to increase sales volume

Qualifications:

• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
• Experience in production planning and inventory control
• Ability to develop effective business relationships with all levels of internal and external management
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team

• With 2 years experience in retail with sales fieldwork
