Human Resource (HR) Manager  

General Description of Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting in overseeing recruitment activities for the company;
• Responsible in ensuring that compensation and benefits standards comply plans recruitment timelines; acts as a resource person for the recruitment functions of the company with the company’s policies and guidelines

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

• Facilitations of Store IR’s / Request for Change RD’s leave availment
• Assisting in the investigation and resolution of associate legal complaints
• Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continuallydevelop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up

TIME KEEPING/PAYROLL PROCESSING

• Facilitate all-time records of employees
• Collecting time sheets/card of all store and main office
• Filling payroll reports and pulls files for audits and for annual, quarterly and
• Makes pay slip hard/soft copy for employee and records monthly reports
• Informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and

Qualifications:
