Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and implement customer support strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring that targets are met consistently.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer support policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage customer support resources effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
  • Collaborate with COO and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monthly presentation to Management Committee of previous and upcoming projects of the department

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • At least 5 years of customer support or operations experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer support strategies and policies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer feedback to improve processes.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
