Japanese Translator  

• Follow up project request from offshore and do confirmation to the related team regarding their availability to handle the project.
• Support Unit Manager in creating a weekly and monthly report.
• Help Unit Manager regarding member management, and support member if there is problem happen in projects or among members.
• Confirming actual workload and conduct project budget management and checking approval of billing invoice from each offshore project.
• Giving guidance and support the member in term of Japanese language and checking the report before submitting to Japan.
• Report project progress to manager and escalate problems that might hinder the project progress immediately.

• Japanese Skill N2 or N1 (preferably N1).
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Have a good communications & organization skills. (both written and speaking).
• Strong analytical & logical thinking.
• Able to work under tight deadline and highly motivated.
• Go through details and result oriented, pay attention to the process as well.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of Digital World.
• Ability to multi-task and priorities accordingly.

Educational Level

University(S1) preferably Japanese, education, or any related major.
