  • Responsible for Philippines operations in terms of setting up systems and business.
  • Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students, helping them understand their educational options, career pathways, and potential challenges.
  • Assist students in setting academic goals and developing personalized education plans.
  • Engage with Students/parents to address their concerns, explain educational processes, and provide insights into various education tracks.
  • Conduct informational sessions for Students/parents to enhance their understanding of the education system and available opportunities in Australia.
  • Assist students in navigating the application process for higher education institutions, scholarships, and other academic programs.
  • Review application materials and provide constructive feedback to enhance their quality.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, programs, and opportunities offered by universities, colleges, and vocational institutions in Australia.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable educational pathways based on their interests, strengths, and long-term goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource library of educational materials, scholarship information, and career development resources.
  • Disseminate relevant information to students and parents through workshops and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and application progress in CRM.
  • Generate reports on student outcomes and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in team operations and quality and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and Increasing B2c or B2b connections to increase profitability.
  • Prepare a Sales and marketing Plan and budget along with the Marketing Team and ensure its implementation.
  • Plan and organise events like seminars, and in and out promotions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients with respect to queries, conflicts, and live cases in the Philippines.
  • Prepare and submit reports and other written work as required.

Kualifikasi Minimum

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Education Consultant to join our overseas education consultancy client. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in educational consultancy, with in-depth knowledge of educational practices, curriculum development, and instructional strategies. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Management, the Global Education Team, the Migration Team, and various universities, colleges, and institutes. You will be instrumental in guiding students through their educational journeys, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Counselling, International Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+years of experience in educational consultancy and counselling or related fields.
  • More than 1-year experience in Australian education and migration industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using educational technology for counselling, career assessment tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Relevant certifications in education consulting, career counselling, or related fields are a plus.
  • Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in the international market.
  • Exceptional counselling and interpersonal skills with focus on student development.
  • Excellent People Management skills with the ability to establish rapport with students and parents.
