Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage client reminders and all invoice-related communications.
- Address and resolve any invoice-related issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain positive relationships and streamline payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile account discrepancies.
- Provide support on other accounting tasks as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business courses.
- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- 2-3 years work experience in accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Background in accounting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
