- Review service requests to ensure they meet medical policies, benefit plans, and clinical guidelines.
- Accurately assign cases to the appropriate team and health plan.
- Review and interpret medical records, including office notes, diagnostic results, and prior operative reports.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record.
- Adhere to nursing care standards and regulatory requirements while implementing departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- A valid USRN license and PHRN license are required. (NCLEX certified)
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years clinical experience
- Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, medical policies, and healthcare benefits.
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical/ medical records.
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
