Job Summary:
Verdano Land Inc. is seeking an experienced Property & Administrative Manager to oversee leasing and property management activities for LSA Center, a 5-storey commercial building located on Bajada (in front of SPMC). This role also involves managing administrative functions such as business permits, contracts, legal paperwork, payroll, and HR-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary representative of the company, interacting directly with tenants and handling their concerns. Additionally, they will manage the administrative aspects of the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants in LSA Center, handling leasing, tenant relations, and resolving issues.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including business permit renewals, contract management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll, HR functions, and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, accountants, and government agencies (BIR, PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-ibig).
- Ensure timely property maintenance and liaise with contractors for repairs and upkeep.
- Assist with property inspections, leasing agreements, and tenant onboarding.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and office documentation.

Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management and administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an agreeable personality; able to engage and entertain customers/tenants.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Meets.
- Experience working with government agencies and handling legal paperwork.
- Familiarity with automated administrative processes is a plus.
- Background in construction or property maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to deal with customers and resolve conflict pleasantly;
- College graduate;
- Has experience leading a team before
- Previous experience in real estate & property management is a bonus
