As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for developing marketing strategies to maximize the effectiveness of marketing spending and ensuring that investments lead measurable returns.
This role involves analyzing marketing performance, optimizing online advertising campaigns, and leveraging data to drive business growth both in online and retail stores.
Your expertise will bridge the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers. Here are the key responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Achieve sales targets in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Team.
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales plans and meet organizational objectives.
Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at optimizing the conversion of marketing expenditures into measurable business outcomes in terms of Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Develop and manage budget plans to ensure effective allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
Provide marketing collateral, product information, and sales messages to support the sales process.
Channel Coordination:
Provide feedback and formulate promotion planning with Sales & Marketing Team.
Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, web, in store advertisements , collaborations and partnerships).
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Data-Driven Insights:
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Leverage data analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Map end-to-end customer journeys, identifying touchpoints and pain points.
Propose solutions to enhance customer interactions and drive loyalty.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement omni-channel strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities to integrate online and offline channels (e.g., web, mobile, social media, in-store) for cohesive customer experiences.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or any relevant course
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Sales and Marketing
- Experience in the online/e-commerce industry is a plus
- Familiarity with using Shopify and Shopify Apps is a plus
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Ads Manager is a must
- With knowledge of Photo and Video editing applications
- Proficient in using MS Excel.
- Advanced communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Can create social media marketing strategies with minimal supervision
