Sourcing Specialist Manager

Zennya Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous availability of high-quality medical and wellness supplies, equipment, and services that are critical to delivering hospital-grade healthcare and wellness services directly to our clients' homes and offices.

As a Sourcing Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all materials and services procured meet our stringent quality standards.

You will be required to have meetings at a C level and improve and source new items.

Terms and salary:

5 days per week. Morning shift. Full time position.

Ranging from 30,000 php to 60,000 php depending on experience and deliverables.

Consulting agreement.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with Zennya Health’s operational needs and business goals.

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities. Have strong capabilities for data analysis.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for Zennya Health.

Monitor and assess supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical, wellness, logistics, and operations) to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.

Manage the procurement of medical supplies, wellness products, and other essential materials, including cold chain management for sensitive items.

Ensure the integrity of the supply chain by verifying the authenticity of all procured products, particularly medications and medical equipment.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the technology. Be able and capable to have meetings at a C level and with the developers. Be able to improve systems and technology.

• Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Have a big interest in data analysis, and the desire to improve the technology of the company.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Experience with cold chain management and sourcing of medical supplies is highly desirable.

Familiarity with the healthcare and wellness sectors, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools (zennya Health has its own tech).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desiderable: Experience working in a tech-driven company.
