Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to serve as a Customer Service Representative for the launch of a quest-to-earn platform integrating Web2 users into the Web3 ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino, along with technical proficiency in troubleshooting user issues, making them an outstanding customer service professional.
- This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the successful candidate must be available to attend occasional face-to-face meetings for planning or training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, ideally within a technical or digital platform setting. Experience with Web3 technologies or mobile apps is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues, familiarity with mobile apps and web platforms. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino. Ability to simplify complex technical issues for non-technical users.
- Critical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to handle more complex user inquiries.
- Ability to work remotely but attend occasional in-person meetings for planning or training sessions (Makati).
