Job Description
Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Sales Senior Trainer role.
About the Role: As a Sales Senior Trainer, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, & Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach SLAs.
- Identify & Close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
- Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Assist Product Experts with knowledge management including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights & feedback for The Client.
- Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
- Create reporting for leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Training
- At least 1 year Sales experience
- Open to any industry
