Job Description
About the Role: As a BPO Sales Representative, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- A sales coach is a person who mentors, trains, and motivates people to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- A sales coach is responsible for monitoring, onboarding, and setting goals for the teams assigned to them.
- A Sales Coach is also responsible in designing and preparing training courses and materials specific to sales motion.
- A sales coach should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to establish a rapport with the team. Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills - written and verbal with absence of mother tongue influence.
- Provide resolution to the customer based on process knowledge and training provided, utilizing the company’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of Sales experience in BPO setup
- Open to candidates with sales background in Telco industry
