Job Description
- Responsible for all activities and business processes that occur within the assigned warehouse area;
- Responsible for planning, strategizing, and implementing projects or special projects in a measurable manner;
- Monitoring the budget for warehouse costs in the assigned warehouse area;
- Maintain warehouse performance on return and SLA order processing time;
- Coordinate and maintain good relations with third party partners;
- Initiate improvement of the team and actively mentoring;
- Monitor and review Work instructions (WI) for each process;
- Willing to travel frequently to visit warehouses and distribution centers;
- Create and report to Warehouse manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, business, or a related field;
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, FMCG will be preferred;
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis and transformation, preferably in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in omnichannel and WMS;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
