- Senior Relationship Managers who will be assigned to build, manage and improve relationships with ALP’s Premier Circle clients.
- They will be the single point of contact of these clients for any inquiry, request or concern post-sale, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Aside from resolving customer issues, their responsibilities will include regular social calls to clients to strengthen rapport and brand loyalty.
- They will be closely collaborating with all ALP Project Teams to find solutions to client issues.
- These managers will also work with ALP’s Customer Experience Division (CXD) in the execution of its Premier Circle-focused initiatives and will build up our personal customer information database.
- Must have held a senior position in a frontliner post for 3 years or more (i.e. hospitality, sales, preferred banking, airlines)
