- Establish the CIIT NSTP Office as the major coordination hub for the CIIT Foundation and the school’s social impact initiatives
- Exhibit mastery of the (1) Service-Learning pedagogical framework, (2) NSTP Law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), (3)CIIT NSTP learning design based on its development framework and pedagogical framework, (4) goals and delivery of NSTP 1 and NSTP 2 under the CWTS Track, and when under the LTS Track
- Update NSTP 1 Syllabus, NSTP 2 Syllabus, NSTP 1 Modules, and NSTP 2 Modules when necessary and without compromising its learning design
- Sustain existing projects under the CWTS Track and LTS Track, explore new partnerships for new track projects under the CWTS Track and LTS Track, and run short-term projects using the program’s development and pedagogical frameworks
- Disseminate and communicate community-related activities to the Academics team
- Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to ensure that NSTP materials are compliant and fully aligned with the CIIT community development programs
- Explore partnership possibilities with local communities, non-government organizations, development organizations that are aligned with the vision of the NSTP program.
- Plan and propose for yearly CIIT NSTP budgets and assume primary accountability for NSTP spending
- Teach a maximum of three (3) NSTP sections per term
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any Community Development (preferred) or Social Work related courses (Economics, Human Ecology, Human Development, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Public Health, Social Work and Sociology )

At least 2 - 3 years of end-to-end experience in the execution, implementation and evaluation of social and community development programs

At least 1 year of teaching experience in handling NSTP or Management related subjects

Must be an individual with proven personal and professional integrity

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Ability to work around technology and new software is preferred for this role
