Store Supervisor  

This position is responsible for overseeing overall operations of the front and back of the house of the store during shift. He/she directs the procedures and maintain best practices in sales, customer service, inventory management, baking, and cashiering to attain business objectives. Other responsibilities are as follows:

• Supervise over all process and methods.
• Provide insights in marketing, profitability, and development of the store.
• Ensure compliance with standard requirements to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Oversee food consumption from ordering of supplies to usage.
• Manage budget involving preparation, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Maintain quality products.
• Implement processes towards the attainment of profitablity and business development.
• Ensure that team is in compliance on the set of processes and methods in accordance to the guidelines.

Branches: Megamall, Serendra, and Glorietta

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
• Preferably in supervisory level, specializing in Food Service, Beverage Service, Restaurant Service, or eits quivalent.
• Preferably with background in Sales or Restaurant/Food and Beverage Management.
• Analytical, strategic, and excellent customer service skills.
