Position: Sr. HR Manager
As the Sr. HR Manager at Edge Tutor International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. - Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent development strategies, including training and career development programs, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, high employee morale, and a sense of belonging among the team.
- Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate the performance review process.
