Position: Sr. HR Manager

Job Description:

As the Sr. HR Manager at Edge Tutor International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will lead and oversee all HR functions, collaborating closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals and values. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent development strategies, including training and career development programs, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, high employee morale, and a sense of belonging among the team.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate the performance review process.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and implement strategies for organizational growth and change management.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining a fair and inclusive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
