Job Description

Primarily responsible in the efficient and proper allocation and distribution of Service/Repair Order to Technicians as well as monitoring and updating the Company Communication Process Control Board and Technician’s repair activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Receives Service/Repair Orders from Service Advisors and reviews/validates the details and/or customer complaints.
Ensures that Service/Repair Orders are properly allocated and distributed based on the degree of position and competency of technicians.
Ensures an equitable allocation of job assignments at all times.
Handles the plotting of the Repair Order in the dealership’s Communication Process Control Board.
Addresses issues and concerns on service/ repair order allocation and distribution.
Monitors each technician's progress and ensures that the allowed time per job is used productively and efficiently.
Checks and monitors the repair status of vehicles.

Education: Graduate of any Automotive Vocational Course

Work Experience: 3 Years of relevant work experience

Eligibility : Professional Driver’s License 1 and 2

Training : NC I Certification
