Job Description

Primarily responsible for leading the implementation and monitoring of the Ford Guest Experience Program at their assigned dealership, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed effectively across all relevant departments, contributing to an exceptional customer experience. This role is also responsible for monitoring the guest experience metrics, coordinating staff training with Ford Academy and coaching teams to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any four year business related course
With at least 4 years of relevant experience, 1 year of which in supervisory level
Wirh very good oral & written communication skills
Excellent customer service
