Job Description
The HR Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing job ads in various portals, screening applications and conducting interviews from rank and file to managerial level. Duties include:
- Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialized role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup
- Employment type: Fixed-term (3 months)
