Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
Client Engagement:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and success metrics for senior management.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to customer success processes and tools.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with company objectives.
Training and Development:
- Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer success team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into team development.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in the recruitment or technology industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer success tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and recruitment industry is highly desirable.
