Job Description
We’re looking for US-Registered Nurses to join our pioneering Long-Term Care Team as Claims Intake Specialists!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with an excellent service experience by listening carefully and confidently addressing their needs
- Provide an overview of the claim process and set proper expectations for the customer
- Review policy information and benefit eligibility criteria to determine if it is the right time to initiate a claim
- Perform a robust intake process and complete the claim initiation on the customer’s behalf
- Promote digital options, such as online registration, virtual assessments, direct deposit, etc.
- Conduct follow-up callouts and communication via email
- Promote potential wellness opportunities prior to claim
- Accurately record information into administrative systems
- Follow strict procedures for privacy and transaction processing
- Fulfill customer expectations via methods that comply with established policies and procedures
- Learn and use all systems and resources to meet customers’ needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- US-Registered Nurse
- Excellent written and verrbal English skills
- Strong customer management skills
- Relevant experience in Claims Processing or Clinical Nursing is an advantage
